The portico is a 53.500 sqm development with workspace and public amenities. The two individual buildings are connected by 140 m long hanging roof structure that creates a "portico" with thin columns working in tension to prevent uplift.

Landmark residential, commercial and business district that covers an overall area of 366.000 sqm. The masterplan is characterised by a balanced mix of public and private functions. A new centre in Milan where the three main high-rise towers have been designed by archistars Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki and Daniel Libeskind.

In the heart of Porta Nuova district, in Milan, the new headquarter of UnipolSai is characterised by a unique shape given by a diagrid steel structure and iconic triangle glass facade. The building has 23 floors above ground and it is 120 m. high

UNIPOLSAI HQ

Ancora 5

The tower, located in Porta Nuova district, reaches a height of 120 m and includes 25 floors. It is a landmark tower with regards to technological innovation and environmental sustainability. The building is LEED, WELL and C2C certified.
