The historical building, located in Viale Regina Margherita, is 42 meters high and is composed of 7 blocks, 10 stories above ground and 4 stories below ground.

The renovation, which covers a total surface area of around 80,000 square meters, has been designed by Antonio Citterio & Patricia Viel to increase users wellness according to the concept of a flexible organization of work.

The new offices will be developed around the innovative principles of bioclimatic, sustainable and biophilic design, the project it's designed to achieve Gold level of LEED certification and WELL.

The project was fully developed in BIM. The existing structures have been completely renovated to reach seismic class 4
