UNIPOLSAI HQ

The UnipolSai headquarters, designed by Mario Cucinella, is a new-generation building, characterized by a diagrid steel structure and iconic triangle glass facade. The building rises up from an elliptical floor plan for 120 meters in height.

The skyscraper is one of the most innovative green-building in Milan: the natural ventilation strategy of the double-skin facade benefits of dynamic air flow, increasing the thermal performances during winter and air permeability during summer.

With its outstanding silhouette and sustainable design, the new UnipolSai headquarter is a landmark in Porta Nuova district. The tower includes retail spaces, offices and an auditorium with more than 270 seats, while the panoramic greenhouse-garden on the roof hosts public and cultural events.
